If they have a low post count it means they don’t really participate in the forum, in most cases the only posts made by these will people will be about Bet365. More importantly you should take notice of why these posters claim Bet365 have scammed them.

Normally they only tell half the story, they say that their account was closed and they still had money in it. On the surface it doesn’t look good, but when you discover the reasons for their account being banned it soon becomes clear that Bet365 made the right decision.

The most common reason that I found in these forum posts for people being banned was chip dumping. this involves playing with a few accomplices and then intentionally losing to them. In a lot of cases it also involves a stolen credit card.

This is cheating and when Bet365 catch people doing it they ban them. Rather than face the fact that they were cheating and got caught, some people decide to spread rubbish in forums.

I found that in most of these forums the experienced members and moderators would soon correct these posters and tell them that they were cheating and that they have no grounds to complain.

Bet365 are widely regarded as a fair brand and this is one of the reasons why they have in excess of 4 million customers world wide. What you need to remember is that with the amount of players that Bet365 have you’re always going to get a few cheaters and idiots.
